This morning the Sunday Express claims that the Benefits & Work website provides a web guide for bogus incapacity benefit claims. In fact they manage to mention it on another article as well on the same day claiming that benefit claims are at an all time high. Yet again another attack on sick and disabled people.

It appears that the article in the Sunday Express was removed after Benefits & Work members first picked up on it in there forum here

I looked at the Benefits and Work site, where I found the page headed Work and benefits. The second paragraph says ....
If the work is paid, rather than voluntary, you should also get a better-off calculation done by an advice agency. This will tell you whether you will be financially better or worse off in work.
.... which confirms all you've said about trying to get work. Surely the rules that mean you might not be wise to go back to work are all wrong? I guess it's too much to hope that Britain will one day have a welfare system that makes sense.
